So of lately I have been craving a creamy side to add as a dressing of a dip because ketchup and sriracha was getting a little boring. So I decided to give cashew cream a try.
I have seen numerous recipes that have called for cashew cream so why not make it and broaden my cooking horizon.
To make this I soaked about a cup of cashews in about 2 cups of water and stored it in my fridge overnight.
Once soaked all you ned to do is drain the cashews and blend them with about half to a full cup of water, depending on how thick you want the cream.
