#RealTalk4: Veganism is the most logical

I feel like I can finally sit down and write out why I find veganism to be the best way to live. From now onwards, I am going to define “living a vegan lifestyle” as living a cruelty-free lifestyle; meaning not consuming or purchasing anything that has animal products or has been tested on had the involvement of an animal.I will talk more about that in another post.

This Christmas break has probably been one of the most eye-opening experiences of my life. Even though I spent most of it at home with my family, I have learned so much about this lifestyle, finally understood what types of foods my body can handle and what it can’t, and have grown so much in how I view this earth and what I support with my dollars.

This infographic I found from www.cowspiracy.com basically sums up my entire argument. If you want more information, I highly suggest watching the documentary, which is available on Netflix. I feel repetitive pasting a lot of links concerning all the facts about why being vegan is logical, especially for the outcome of our planet. I have come to see veganism as the most logical way of life for one reason: it uses the smallest amount of resources. I feel like there is a reason for all different types of people to go vegan, it doesn’t just have to be for the animals; my outlook at it is from the sustainability side and I urge people who like to approach things logically should take a look at this. You can’t say you care for the environment and not look at the facts. I know this is a more controversial post but I use my blog as a space for my voice to be heard without constant interruption, and to stimulate a healthy discussion on this topic but not in anyway attacking people.
