College students are notorious for being the ultimate snackers. I don’t generally snack because I am the world’s worst snacker; I tend to eat more if i am just constantly snacking so I just eat three square meals and that works much better for me. But when I do want to snack I try and reach for an apple or a fruit, but this year I want to switch things up.
I cam upon roasted cauliflower on accident, I had some frozen cauliflower and just wanted to get rid of them so I just chucked it in with my baking sweet potatoes. To my amazement, they were so delicious, they reminded me of chicken wings. I literally did not put anything on them, just baked it on parchment paper and they were very crispy!!! I know there is a craze on cauliflower and many “cauliflower wing” recipes but if you are in the mood for something simple, ditch all those sauces and savour the simple taste and natural flavour of the warm and crunchy cauliflower.
