Smoothies are probably my favourite thing to eat. I normally start my day off with one, because they make me feel energized and full! I switch them up all of the time but lately my favourite one is a berry – banana – mango one. Keep reading for the recipe!
What you’ll need:
2-3 frozen bananas
1 cup frozen mango
½ cup frozen mixed berries
A splash of almond milk, coconut water or orange juice
Chia seeds or ground flaxseed
Add your bananas, mango, mixed berries and almond milk (or whatever other liquid you’ve decided to use) to your blender. Blend until smooth. If you have trouble just add more almond milk.
Drink as a plain smoothie, or make a “smoothie bowl” (my favourite way to eat it). Add the suggested toppings and enjoy!
