I hope this year is getting off to a great start and that this year is the year of prosperity, joy and accomplishments!
This is also the time most people set resolutions and we all know how that generally goes. By the second week of January many people give up because the goals may either be unrealistic or demand a complete change in routine.
I am a firm believer in sustainable goals that do not cause a huge disruption in my life and demand a complete 360 change in my life. With that being said, I wanted to share with a few things that can be helpful in implementing a healthy lifestyle. Not just with food, but with your mind and yourself. Health demands both physical and mental care and combining the two makes a recipe for sustainable lifestyle improvement.
