Why work with me?
My food content is created to highlight plant-based eating in the African context by providing easy and accessible plant-based African recipes, with an emphasis on West-African cooking. The goal of these recipes is to share more about the culture of these foods and showcase the diversity of African foods. I use a variety of products from conventional grocery stores to ethnic-specific stores to create recipes that inspire and share culture.
